The aim of this massage is to give emotional support, detoxification, helping to relieve the physical ailments as well as to alleviate the muscle strain of labor and childbirth.
COURSE SYLLABUS
Pregnancy
- Increase blood and lymph circulation
- Relieve headaches, sinusitis
- Reduces the possibility of swelling, varicose veins and leg cramps
- Reduces pregnancy risk
Post Natal
- Help Uterus to shrink to original size
- Reduce cellulite & Tone up the body
- Reduce the fluid retention

Assessment and Examination
In-House Examinations
Theory 30 minutes (multi choice paper).
Practical 1 hour 15 minutes includes 15 minutes examiner instructions.
Entry & Graduation Requirements
Nil. Anyone interested in Pre and Post Natal Massage are welcome to join in.
