What is SkillsFuture Credit? (Applicable for Local)
SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individual ownership of skills development and lifelong learning. All Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of $500 from January 2016. The credit will not expire and the government will provide periodic top-ups, so you may accumulate your credit.

What is Skills Development Funding (SDF)? (Applicable for Local & PR)
Skills Development Fund (SDF) Through the Skills Development Fund (SDF), employers can enjoy grants for staff training. Funding rates may differ for various courses. Employers will need to apply for course fee funding and Absentee Payroll Funding via SkillsConnect at least one day before course commencement.

Counselling and Special Needs Support

Students of AES may approach their Educators as the first level of contact for general academic and non-academic advice. Welfare counsellors are available on appointment basis, should any students need help in counselling pertaining to personal problems or career guidance.
